This results in custom-made, unique products made from materials such as flat material, glass fabric or molded parts made from insulating mortar.

Insulating mortar for sustainable and malleable insulation
Insulation solution with unique molded parts. We work closely with the company TDH, which produces moldable insulating mortar. As a sustainable and low-emission insulation material, this can be individually adapted to hard-to-reach areas.
We process the mortar into molded parts with glass wool or rock wool sheathing in areas where conventional insulating materials are not possible.
The insulating mortar for individual molded parts within the partial fabrications for insulation offers the following properties with associated advantages:
- Smoke-tight
- Low heat loss
- low and slow oil absorption
- High temperature resistance up to 1,200 degrees Celsius
- high variability
- High compressive strength
- Safe against mold and rust
- High flow resistance and therefore low convection and insulation thickness
