Insulation systems from durable materials
The insulation systems from BTG Kiel are custom-made for your specific application. The material used depends on the requirements of your area of application. We use standard fabrics with a silicone or PU coating, which are resistant to dusts and liquids, or high-temperature fabrics (for all hot plant and machine parts with a temperature resistance of up to 1,200 degrees Celsius). Variable special fabrics with resistance to chemicals and liquids are also possible.
For normal applications, the insulation systems are filled with rock wool and for certain high-temperature applications, they are filled with silicate mats. Other fillings are available on request and all our materials are IMO certified.
